Since 2008, Wingspan has worked on behalf of Mortgage Insurers to provide Servicer Oversight and File Review for their Client Servicers. Over this timeframe Wingspan has engaged directly and indirectly with over 60 servicers to review their servicing operations through onsite and offsite review of individual loan files and servicing histories. Complementing this experience is Wingspan’s Enhanced Borrower Outreach and Loan Packaging experience where we have worked directly with servicers, investors, and mortgage insurers to provide borrower outreach and loan modification packaging services.
