- Borrower contact campaigns– Operating within a high touch environment, Wingspan’s Loan Resolution Consultants (LRCs) thoroughly skip trace all loans and contact the borrower within the first 5 days of acquisition. They work individually assigned cases where every account is reviewed, called, lettered and fully understood in order to offer the most advantageous, custom workout solution for all stakeholders.
- Modification pre-qualification and solicitation –Wingspan facilitates and expedites the loan modification process by working closely with borrowers to compile all required documentation and effectively process a complete loan modification.
- Underwriting and modification processing – Wingspan’s LRCs deliver and close loan modifications and other workout agreements electronically and in full compliance with applicable state law.
- Decisioning and fulfillment–By using conventional modification fulfillment processes and emerging default servicing technologies, LRCs evaluate the factors influencing each loan to identify the best possible outcome for each borrower and stakeholder.
