Wingspan has the tools and experience necessary to support primary servicers and manage third-party servicer efforts to improve performance. Wingspan reduces credit losses and improves the servicing process by performing detailed, analytical assessments of default loan performance and providing constructive recommendations. As part of their review process, Wingspan documents best practices through on-site servicer assessment visits and comprehensive loan file reviews – both pre and post foreclosure and/or claim payment.
